Thomas E. Shinton

Thomas Shinton has been practicing in Rancho Cucamonga since he passed the Bar in 2015.  Thomas attended and graduated from Loyola Law School at the top of his class.

Having a strong passion for the law, Thomas has focused his efforts on criminal law.  His experience in the legal field began when he became a Certified Law Clerk with the Sam Bernardino District Attorney's Office.  Thomas brought new, innovative ideas to the District Attorney's Office, many of which are still utilized today.

​

During this time at the District Attorney's Office, Thomas developed a more efficient way through which both district attorneys and defense attorneys could exchange and copy discovery through an electronic medium. Additionally, he developed educational aids for district attorneys when encountering new or complex issues involving the 2nd Amendment and gun rights.

After deciding to move into private practice, he worked with some of the areas premiere firms which allowed him to hone his litigation skills and has made him one of the most talked about attorneys in the area. 

 

Having accumulated am impressive legal arsenal, Thomas decided to open his own firm in 2017 and during that time he argued before both Superior and Appellate courts in California and his decisions have even been published.
